The Taberna El Molino restaurant is set inside Marqués de Prado Ameno Hotel, which with the appearance of a Cuban colonial house, shows architectural values of one of the most outstanding buildings on O’Reilly Street erected toward the first decade of the 18th century. Fragments of mural paintings from different periods adorn the walls of corridors and rooms, while pieces found in archaeological excavations form part of the decoration of the place. Memories of several generations of the Marquis of Prado Ameno family hang on the building’s walls.

The Taberna El Molino specializes in local and international cuisine. Cider chicken and honey pork are two of its specialities.
