  • The Vedado forms the third and largest member of the budget trio in Vedado (the others being The St John and Colina).

This is 60’s motel style and the 203 rooms are somewhat basic. Try and get one as high up as possible since as long as the lifts are working you will appreciate the air and light.

Service is good and surprisingly efficient if a little chaotic at times. Overall there is a pleasant buzz to the place and as long as you like busy large modern all will be well. Given the lack of character you may be left wondering if you wouldn’t have been better off staying in a local casa particular – for half the price.

Location: Located in Vedado area, near the Havana malecón (seawall).
