  • Hotel Victoria offers 31 comfortable boutique-style rooms in Havana’s Vedado district. This is a diminutive five-story hotel. Deluxe and compact, though (due to its size) invariably full, this venerable Gran Caribe establishment housed in an attractive neoclassical building dating from 1928.

The pool is small and you are probably better off walking down the road to the Nacional if you fancy a few hours working on a tan. Service is good although can be a little over-attentive for some people.

    Room description
There are only 31 clean rooms some of which are feeling a little cramped and scruffy and have signs of water damage. Aside from the standard built-in bed unit, each room seems to be furnished differently. The suites are not worth the extra money. Those rooms overlook the intersection of 19 and M, offering attractive vistas of Vedado. The Focsa apartment complex, across the street, funnels plenty of wind into these rooms, giving them an open, breezy feeling.

    Location:
The hotel is very close to the Hotel Nacional, Malecon and El Gato Tuerto bolero club.
